No help when its critical
Good day, my mother is for years a member and never used her Medical Aid since she was always in perfect health. Now when she need her Medical Aid they declined all her claims. Her only means of income is a state pension and the premium took almost all her money every month. She is diagnosed with moderate Alzheimer's. No help with care, medication, even the Neurologist had to been paid out of pocket. Very unfair since she need help now.
