No help in resolving their mistakes

If I could give a lesser rating than 1 star I would certainly do so... We have been unsuccessfully engaging with Health Squared for the past four months to try to get some pathology bills paid for in hospital care which they keep rejecting as they keep inserting the incorrect codes!! We phone, they say send through the info, we do so, they tell us they will sort it and to call back in 2 x weeks, we do so and the same circus starts all over again!! The call centre people try to be as helpful as they can but the admin people at Health Squared are obviously less than useless!!! Don't ever sign up with these people if you don't want to be driven to the edge of sanity!! The pathologists are now threatening to hand us over and to blacklist us - all because the medical aid that takes the money every month (there's nothing wrong with these systems it seems...) - cannot get things sorted out.
