No dependant.
I am very disappointed in their customer service. I have been trying to add my husband as a dependant since August. Each time I send an email with the completed forms they send them back with another addition or alteration to be made. They do not always answer the questions I have asked but rather send the same email again. I do not find this very customer friendly or professional. I have spoken to a consultant over a week ago who enquired whether I was happy with the service and when I mentioned my lack of results adding a dependant he said he would follow up and get back to me.
