No Answers and no resolution

With many calls and emails Health Squared has still not resolve my issue since 2019. My Daughter is ADHD and need her meds every day. On the 14 of June and asked then why the medical did not put her meds on chronic, spoke to Lady Called Gloria Mwape and asked her a about the the problem she did not help at all I asked her to speak so her boss or manager she said they were not available I then asked her to to get some one to call me back then again no response.
