I personally do not have a policy with Health Squared but while assisting my Dad in resolving his medical aid admin, I had the pleasure of working with the very lovely Mrs Joyce Malusi! The customer service which i received from Mrs Malusi was simply outstanding, enough to make me want to reconsider my own family medical aid policy.
