Most useless Medical Aid ever, claims, service & communications

Again again and yet again on Hellopeter, Resolution Health are so lost it isn't even funny anymore, the only source of communication they reply to is when you make use of Hellopeter. Pay a ton of money every month for this service from them and then every single time you go and see someone you need to pay cash out of your own pocket. Send your receipts through for refunds which is worse than getting your ID from home affairs. When you have sent it through after a few weeks you call and then they claim that nothing has come through, you then send it again and spend 20 of your personal minutes to sort this out. A few weeks ago this happened to me and today to follow up with the fourth claim they apparently have now not received the first three. After another 8 minutes on the phone this morning i provided my name and contact number to the lady and told her if any of her supervisors gave a rats behind about customer service that they would contact me which has still not happened and it will never. We are all really glad that the resignation from Resolution was successful and we are following up with this because we were still covered by Resomed. This is my membership number ********** 5, Once again can a COMPETENT person contact me concerning these four claims that have still not been refunded and I hope Resomed hasn't paid the service providers when we sent through receipts like RESOmed have previously done.
