MEDICAL AID OPTION PLAN
<p>Been trying to sort out my husbands medical aid option sinde Decembe 2016. Spoken to Natha, Lerato Galelelo and Piwa. Nathan only one that helped me up to a certain stage after reacting like a real uneducated person because I wanted to speak to a manager and he promised that he will assist and give me proper assistance. Told the people when the contacted us that I am in hospital and that they should send broschure to my work email I will pick it up when I go back. We decided on a option and was told that the options has closed and after explaining my story Nathan send a doc to be signed. Followed up yesterday and today no feedback as to what or when something is going to happen. In meanwhile we paid over a premium for the lower option but does not know what is going on</p>
