MEDICAL AID GIVE A AUTHORAZATION NUMBER AND THE AMOUNT THAT THEY WILLING TO PAY AND NOW THEY SAY THAT THE NAPPI CODE IS WRONG
MY ENGLISH IS BAD SO I WILL TRY TO EXPLAIN MY SITUATION. MY HUSBAND WERE HAVING A CORNEA TRANSPLANT SO I PHONED THE MEDICAL AID FOR A AUTHORAZATION NUMBER THEY DID GIVE ME ONE AND SAY THEY WILL PAY R10680. BUT NOW 3MONTHS LATER THEY SAY THE NAPPI CODE IS WRONG AND THERE IS NO CODE FOR CORNEA, THEY DOCTOR SAY THAT ALL THE MEDICAL AID IS USING THE SOME NUMBER AND THEY CAN HAVE A LOOK IN THE GOVERMENT NEWSPAPER ASSWELL TO MAKE SURE.
