Me deceased mom is still the main member!!!
my mom passed away 5 months ago and i took over her medical aid, to date i have been paying from my persional account and when i was at the doctors recently they could not find me on the system and when i went to to pharmacy to get medication, so i phoned maybe the 5th time this year to find out what is happening and they asked me to give my moms ID becouse she is still registered as the main member, (This after i have forwarded my moms death certificate to two different persons within resolution)... there is no system in place and now i have to sit with this problem becouse they could not sort something simple on there side
