Lies, lies and more lies

Have been struggling to get a simple pre operation Covid test claim paid for more than 8 months (November 2020), just getting the run around, with no results. Have re-submitted the claim numerous times (8).. All I'm getting is lies, lies and more lies... From their "personal health adviser" (Stella P) to a manager (Pieter V), who all said "they will sort it out", according to them, the claim was submitted.. The latest lie was from their "Tell the Chairman" portal on their website, who assured me the claim would be paid by 30 June 2021.. But no payment, no response to emails, or phone calls.. The claim has not even been loaded on my profile.. One would think to make an error once, or twice is still OK? But 8 times.. Really guys..
