Lack of communication
I've been with your medical scheme for many years (since it was still Resolution Health). It's very sad to see how bad your service has become.
I pay R3828 per month, only for myself. And yet I'm now struggling with basic things like a GP visit not being paid for, even though the Prosper option definitely covers GP visits (especially this early in the year).
Another big problem is the lack of communication from your side. Do you realise that if you list e-mail addresses on your website, you must reply to e-mails sent to those addresses? I simply don't get any responses from either the *** address or the *** address.
Last time I had a problem, I resorted to sending a message on Facebook Messenger, after which someone phoned me (who had no idea what my message had been about) and I had to explain everything from scratch.
I'm a Communication lecturer and I assure you that this is not the way to communicate with your paying members.
What are you going to do to improve your communication with members?

The Health Squared Team.

I received one phone call from Health Squared. The person was not well-informed, because they referred to my "Facebook complaint" (even though it's actually here on HelloPeter), and even though I had explained my problem in my HelloPeter review, the person did not seem to have read it.
She said she would follow up.
I then had one missed call from them. That's all. They never called again, or sent an e-mail. No effort to communicate with me.
Meanwhile I'm getting more member statements showing that Health Squared is not paying for any consultations or my visit to an emergency room. It's really worrying.
