Just too disgusting for words

We were with Resolution Health for a long time and never had problems with them.. Then Healthsquared took over and it has been one nightmare after another. My husband had to have a Hernia repair and the auth staff member gave us an authorization number and said everything will be paid for except R5k which we have to pay for the bed.. even thought Krugersdorp Netcare Private hospital is on their PMB list of hospitals that are fully covered. So we pay the money and my husband gets admitted this morning. Then medical aid turns around and tells me 'Sorry they should never have given the auth number as it was never approved as its not on PMB list. So it was an *********** person not knowing what was going on and it was his fault to give us the Auth number. I want my R5k back and I want full approval as its not my fault. My Med number is ***9
