Joint Replacemant
<p>My Husband has been struggling with his Knee since 2012 he went and see the doctor again in August, the doctor said he needs an urgent knee replacement, even wrote a motivational letter. but nothing happened. i phoned and emailed them several times. His knee is just getting worse, but resolution refuse to pay, i have been on this scheme for almost 9 years, i do not use my medical aid for ****. there must be somebody out there that will be able to assist. If not i will be taking this to the newspapers and Carteblanche and on facebook they always assist. I have never ever skipped or made a late payment, my first accounts that gets paid is my Medical aid, because i need it. When i joined Resolution everything was ok i was able to visit all the hospital, now we are only allowed to go to Netcare. I need the case manager and surgical sister to have a look at the reports that was mailed again today to info@resoltionlife, preauth and to claims. </p>
