Items on my statement that's not mine!!!
Some items on my statement from practitioners I've never heard of. Resolution not willing to investigate/fix unless I write a letter. Why do I need to write a letter for mistakes that originated with you?<br> Receive incorrect statements!! Staff not able to assist with elementary issues on statements.<br> Very poor service all round.<br> <br> I'm cancelling my subscription before Wednesday unless someone can clarify these issues for me.
