Is this even a medical aid? Not sure anymore...

This company will test your limits. When I think of this company I feel anger ,frustration, disappointment and even a little like cheated out of money. They are not willing to pay anything and all of the claims have issues according to them. Some examples: the doctor are to expensive, the wrong codes(even when they authorized it ), the co-payment not made by us(not even true, we made it proof of payment is available). Always blaming someone else, not taking responsibility for not doing the one thing that we pay them over R13 000 per month for 2 members PAYING FOR APPROVED AND VALID CLAIMS. They are just embarrassing their members with all these unpaid accounts. They employ the rudest service agents I have dealt with, ever. Like they are doing us a favor to do their jobs. I spend my whole 2020 on the line with these rude people and yet still the issues with payment keeps popping up. We have paid so much already out of pocket for the procedure, that I am questioning the relevance of the medical aid. I just keep praying that my elderly in-laws will stay in good health, because this ********* company will leave them for dead. Me using a lower tiered plan on a different medical aid and having more benefits and no issues for payments at all. Not even once. They have been on this medical aid for more than 20 years and suddenly the name changed and it went from a once great medical aid to what it is today. A complete mess.
