Increases instant unjustifiable bank deductions

My mother has had her contribution significantly increased and debit orders instituted without her consent or knowledge. Emails to customer careless have expectedly gone answered. She is now unable to buy groceries because of this unjustifiable deduction which she cannot even reverse. Their service is a joke! As a last resort, we tried to call the centre today and could barely make out what the consultant was saying over broken lines. On 2 occasions today, Makhosonke and Thalitha cited the reason for the increase as owing to her income bracket being changed, to which I disputed given that she is unemployed and intact has never been employed, and they couldn't answer. This firm doesn't deserve our business and only now I've noticed am not the only person complaining of similar issues and to see that the trust index is so low for this company, I don't know why I signed up my mother to begin with!
