Incompetence Reigns Supreme
I am on Blood Pressure meds but Resolution will not pay for them. After phoning they instructed me to email the script for authorisation. There has been no response for a week and I have been without meds for a week. They ignore follow up emails. I finally got through to them today to be informed I have to go back to the doc again for a BP test - wasting more money. When I asked to speak to a supervisor they hung up on me. So here I am, paying over 3k per month and I can't even get BP meds. Perhaps they'll prefer to pay for the stroke or heart attack that could be caused by having no meds? Their webpage doesn't work for contact details and hasn't for months. I'm beginning to wonder if I am the butt of some kind of sick joke.
