HOW MUST WE GET OUR CERTIFICATE TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE?

You are told use the following Send a whatsapp I did but only gets an automated response, Send a call me AGAIN I did but they don't call back Send email to specific address AGAIN I did more than once and again just a stupid automated response Then phoning - Automated answering service so kept holding on for 30 minutes listening to what to do on their platforms without luck They talk about using the app. I looked for it on play store but cant find it SO PLEASE TELL US HOW TO GET THE MEMBERSHIP CERTIFICATE TO GO TO ANOTHER PROPER MEDICAL AID???????
