Horrible medical aid
They only take your monthly premium but never deliver nor assist their clients.
I have been allocated a 'dedicated account manager' (Alicia Le Roux) *to help me but she is nowhere to be found nor has she assisted me in any way. Pathetic
I never get feedback or assistance. What a horrible medical aid.
