Horrible Customer Service!
I am shocked at the customer service received from Resomed (Resolution Health Medical Scheme). I had a simple (well within my human rights) request for my COMPLETE medical record. I explained to the consultant about 3 times that I want a complete medical record, dating back to when I joined Resomed (Resolution Health Medical Scheme) for the 1st time, to date. I receive one year-to-date record out of about 10 years.
