Highly frustrated client

I've been requesting for medical aid cards to be delivered to me for over 4 months now since the medical aid scheme changed their name. I'm having problems when going to DR's and hospitals with the old medical aid cards. I keep calling the medical aid and gets the same response every time saying that the cards will be delivered within 14 working days. this is highly frustrating. money is being debited from my account monthly without any hassles but I cant get cards delivered to me.
