Health Squared.Who can help?

I am a registered Oncolagy patient with Health Squared even when they Resulotion Health.They don’t pay claims even if it was pre-authorized.To my knowledge all oncology claims must be paid by law.Also it takes myself when I am not too sick and my wife hours and days to sort claims.We are depleting our phone accounts just for no results and no joy. Doctors, hospitals and labs are taking legal action against me for their bad service and incompetence.The same problem exists with companies issuing invoices and using wrong icd-10 codes when invoicing.It seems we have to do their jobs using alot of our quality time and money.Sometimes after holding 40 minutes you just get cut off.So many other issues.My wife is self employed.She is losing alot of income because of all the time she must spend on the phones without any results.We can’t afford this and now have legal fees on top off all this incompetence.I haven’t been able to work and had no income the last 4 years because off my health and this extra burden from Health Squared is not making anything better,especially if you are paying thousands per year for health services and professionals?????
