Health Squared-Steer Clear.
This must be one of the worst medical schemes in the country. I have had an outstanding dental procedure claim, that has not been settled since October 2020. I have been miscommunicated with, fobbed off, been told that i have a 6 month waiting period on a plate, with having a damaged crown removed, which was a front tooth, not getting an authorisation etc. DO NOT EVER HAVE ANY DEALINGS WITH THIS MEDICAL AID. The service is APPALLING, and their monthly subscription for this non service is not cheap. If I could change medical aids I would, the only thing preventing me is the 3 month waiting period, to go to another medical aid.
