Health Squared run around service.

I have tried to firstly get payment for a Doctors service paid, from October last year, eventually I paid the supplier myself, to save appearing in court. Then tried to claim the repayment from them direct. I currently have more than six Reference numbers of phone calls, emails and numerous conversations off them, all indicating they agreed I should be paid all indicating they would refer it upwards. I even had copies of emails to management. No payment to date and now taken up with health Ombudsman. In 2017>2018 similar problem with them taking near a full year to pay. They should be sued for false advertising.
