HEALTH SQUARED PRE-AUTH IS AWFUL!!!!!
Do NOT waste your time or money on this Medical Aid. I have been trying to get hold of the Pre-Authorisation department. Been trying for 2 days now, and the longest I was on hold for was 1:55:34 until I eventually gave up calling.
