To this date, despite many promises by Health Squared staff my query has still not been resolved. I requested a break down of their management structure so that I can escalate this matter but they refuse to give it to me and that's a major concern. I would love to move my mom to a different medical aid but unfortunately I can't due to her age. I myself am on Discovery Medical aid, they are far better than Health Squared.

Reviewer Update

To this date, despite many promises by Health Squared staff my query has still not been resolved. I requested a break down of their management structure so that I can escalate this matter but they refuse to give it to me and that's a major concern.
