Health squared medical aid uncompetent staff

Health squared is not a medica aid to use if you have claims. There consultants and the customer service staff is not trained to help you solve your problem.You will never be allowed to speak to a line manager. They only take your membership money and do not pay claims. Have a claim that is now after 3 months not paid. Been on the phone for more than two hours and still not solved. Very furtrated.
