HEALTH SQUARED MEDICAL AID

Unfortunately I cannot give this company a negative review. What a joke of a medical aid. Just a warning for everyone out there, their paper work is the worst I have ever come across. We cancelled our medical in November 2019 and we are now getting emails saying we owe them money for this year. What a joke. I have tried to phone and after sitting on hold for up to half an hour I have given up. I have emailed as well but no one gets back to you.

You have to fight to try and get them to pay things in a life or death situation. I could go on and on and on, about the last 2 years and the struggle we have had with a major cancer scare and getting them to pay for things.

Please people before you join the medical aid think very hard about it, they are not only the worst medical aid out there, but also one of the most expensive.
