Health squared is useless
I've been with health squared since resolution days. This year I have found myself on the phone with them constantly. They pay hardly anything for any of my claims. My favourite was that they couldn't pay my complete dentist claim because they don't pay for fluoride as it's a luxury. Really??? I was always taught you NEED fluoride for healthy teeth. On 4 september I went for a colposcopy with a pre approved authorisation. Now they won't pay me because I exceeded the authorisation quote. Am I dumb? Why can't they pay what they authorized and I pay the balance?Now they say they will pay zero. This is so unprofessional. Over and above that, I asked to change to hospital plan as they don't seem to pay for anything on a daily basis. I was told I'm not allowed to change. What ******* is this?
