Health Squared abusing pensioners

I just want to say how useless Health Squared is as medical aid. There lines are so bad that you can not even hear the recording to pick the no. to speak to an agent . They are administering Spectramed, which I never had issues with since health squared became involved. Since the 18th January, I've been phoning in to Health Squared for someone to contact me in connection with my mom's medical aid contribution, which increased by 65% since Health squared took over. My mom is pensioner and cannot afford this new premiums, which was not communicated previously. I've tried contacting Health squared to resolve the matter and is just continuously being promised that someone will phone me back...needless to say, this never happened. I phoned them today again and the lines are so bad that the agents just put the phone down on me. I am frustrated and there seems to be no way of ever talking to a competent person on a clear line. This MUST be solved before the 1st payment is due on the 1 Feb.
