Great Service Provided!!
On 14 August 2019 I received a call from Lorraine Sefuno after I requested a call back because I had a query on a account.
She was very calm collected and professional and I felt that she was more than capable to help me. She really went the extra mile as they say. The information she was not able to help me with she then transferred me to the relevant department for assistance.
