Frustrated

I had to have a breast biopsy. I got authorization for the procedure. When the account was paid they did not pay for any consumables. e.g. the needle, tubes and things needed to do the biopsy. In my opinion if you are not going to pay for these things then don't authorize the procedure. Now I am liable for R11 000 as they only paid R1,500. It is ridiculous. I have problems with every account that is submitted to Heath Squared. I always have to phone and rant and rave like a mad person before I get results. My debit order of nearly R7 000 per month is always paid on time. You phone, listen to music for +/- 30 - 45 min. If you lucky you are not cut off and have to start again. They say they will call you back they never do. And now with Covid it is even worse.
