I removed my only dependent from my account in December 2014 as she completed her studies. Three months later, I am still charged for my daughter. Various phone calls and phone calls never got the correct response. Resolution has now charged me for 3 months for a person that is no longer on my account. ***** or THEFT - pick your choose!
