Extremely dissatisfied member
I have been a member for almost two decades and not a single claim lately is ever processed without issue or in full. I am stuck with a R17k dentist bill and they will only pay R2k when I am on one of the highest plans, am supposed to have unlimited normal dentistry and still have over R10k special dentistry available for the year. Plus one procedure even had pre-authorisation which they are now not covering. Even my dentist sent a motivation and documentation. I have been calling about this weekly for two months and nobody is willing to help/explain. I finally got hold of someone who seemed as though they were going to assist, but have heard nothing back in two weeks (was promised same day feedback) and now she is on leave. The staff are exceptionally rude and short and unwilling to look into anything to give you answers or to put you through to someone more senior.
