Exceptionally Poor Service
Hi, I am on the supreme option on Resolution health medical scheme. I have had pathetic service and endless problems with this medical aid since i upgraded to their top plan. When i was on a much lower plan, there was no issues and bills were always paid. After my hospitalization in January i have had about 20 bills to pay because my top plan on resolution pays for almost nothing. Specialist visits is supposed to be 220% - my dr's get advised that they only pay 100% scheme rates. Every day it's a new story with this medical aid. I expect someone to call me back today still - alternatively i will be cancelling my medical aid!!!
