EXCELLENT SERVICE

I have always had problems with this medical aid and I was in the process of moving. Dawn was assigned to sort out a problem for me on a previous complaint.<br> <br> I have been with this medical aid for a very long time and hated the service. Dawn has changed my view of this medical aid. She responds to any query that i may have and I am extremely happy with the service level that she has established. I can rely on her and know that she will always be willing to help with any query.<br> <br> Dawn definitely goes the extra mile for the client and she is truly adds tremendous value to this medical aid.<br> <br> Thank you Dawn!
