do not send remmitances to service providers.
complaints reamined unresolved. This medical aid expects service providers to serve their clients, they however feels nothong for these providers, the refuse point blank to provide them with remittance advices and payments. yerar after year the same scenario applies. the service providers spend a lot of money phoning and requesting but nothing materializes. i think the public must read this report to enable them to realistically choose a medical aid.
