DISGUSTING!
I WISH I COULD GIVE LESS THAN ONE STAR.
I have been with Spectramed since 2013. I was never thrilled but the cover was sufficient. Since this new bunch took over, NOTHING is covered. Pathology in hospital is not covered. Radiology is not covered. NOTHING.
I am disgusted with this scheme and I will be reporting them. They have turned into a moneymaking, ******ing scheme and have no interest in service their customers.
