Disappointed

Had a terrible experience with Health Squared. We never had problems with Resolution Health and now these people have taken over from Resolution health

They wont pay any of our follow ups and we have to get motivational letters and they are just wasting our time. They also said we can only get our Meds from Clicks and Dischem and these places are far away. Resolution Health had no problem with us getting at Witpoortjie Pharmacy.

What a total disaster. We even got authorization from them to go to the Doctor and they refuse to pay, saying they do not know those codes. The codes are the same codes resolution health always had, but Health squared said to my Husband that they are not interested until they get letters. Really? you've gotta be kidding me!

Pathetic. We are definitely going to look at another medical aid

If you dont pay our account with Dr Smith, then I am going to take this to the ombudsman . We got an authorization for this before we went to the doctor and the lady said that everything will be paid, so you are liable to pay even if your staff member made a mistake. Please can your Director come back to me within the next few hours otherwise action will be executed against you
