Delaying Pre Authorization
<p>I’ve (wife) been booked for back surgery on 25 October 2016. I’ve submitted all the necessary motivations, radiology report and quotations as requested. The medical aid gap cover insurance has received all the documents since 13/14/15 October 2016. I’ve had no positive feedback and still waiting for the pre authorization.</p> <p>Kindly investigate and advise why the delay</p> <p> </p>
