You're covered from no angle at all!! Looking for a medical aid where you have to pay doctors upfront and do all the administrative work, constantly following up on claims submitted, endless half hour calls with no conclusion, this is the one for you!! I've been with the scheme for 12 years and never really used the medical aid. Had to go for a normal procedure last year and what a mess. To date I still haven't obtained a pre-authorization number which I did. What idiots, from your previously very loyal member. No wonder your rating is up to ****. Consider minus ratings please - 10.
