COMPLAIN
I called the call center a lady by the name of Zinhle from claims department I told her I want to do claims query and she decided to go quiet until i dropped the call, I called on the *** number I HONESTY FIND THAT VERY RUDE YOUR AGENTS ARE VERY RUDE AND IT IS NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL
