Claims not paid

I have been counting on a reimbur*****t from Health Squared to pay for school textbooks. Despite submitting on the 4th of December, no payment and no guarantee that it will ever be reimbursed. 7 to 14 working days expired on the 30th of December and, as of today(9 January), the claim is still not loaded for payment. I am at my wits end. All I am told is that it will be done but no confirmation makes me extremely nervous. I just want to know that it has been loaded and will be paid back on the next run.

You could simply reduce my monthly premium by the amount owed - it would save you admin and bank fees. Please sort out your claims department- I’m sick of hearing about backlog. Any other business would get the necessary resources in place to ensure that the service level agreements are met but, since it is to your advantage to withhold that money as long as possible.

Just understand the impact that you have - that money was in my budget and now has not been paid back as expected. If I take out a loan while waiting for you to sort your admin, I will incur extra interest while you make money out of the funds you owe me.
