Claims Constantly Get Lost
Not impressed with the claims procedure at RH. I submitted claims for my chiropractor (to the CORRECT email address as stipulated on their website) on 26 Jan 2015. A month later I still had no refund. On contacting the call center, to be told that they never received my claim. This despite receiving an email from RH acknowledging receipt of claim on the same day (I have this email!)<br> <br> On the 26th of Feb, I sent through again and received a confirmation email. This confirmed that they received TWO claims (I sent THREE) and the payment was made on the 13/02.<br> <br> Today is the 17th of Feb and NO refund has come through yet!<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
