Cancelled with them in 2015 and 2 years later a debt collector calls to say pay up or we hand you over.
I Moved from Resolution to Discovery in August 2015 and that was that . Now in October 2017 two years later a debt collecting company called Ergometrix Trust contacted me with the details that was provide to them by Resolution saying that i need to pay back Resolution just over R4000 by the end of October or i will be handed over to the lawyers and will be black listed .So i asked them why are you calling me and not Resolution they said it has been handed over to them to sort out and it has nothing to do with Resolution anymore. They sent me copies of an email that was sent to my wife in December 2016 and June 2017 She finished off her employment in February 2016. So no further contact was made until now and take into account that they had contact numbers for my self and my wife and the broker that did all dealings with hem. what do i do
