Cancellation problems, no customer service

I have been with this medical aid for 12 years and at first they were good, but the last few years they have been the most despicable medical aid to deal with.

Right now, I have been trying to cancel my membership since the 20th of December (yes I realize its the holidays) and I am getting incredibly frustrated. My husband has a new medical aid starting through his work in Feb and it is ******* to be on 2 medical aids at once.

I have sent multiple e-mails with everything required, no response, I have called multiple times to confirm they have the e-mails, I get transferred from one person to another having to give all my details over and over again and when I finally get to talk to someone to confirm they have my e-mail and the cancellation is in order, they hang up on me.

Despicable, absolutely disgusting service. I need this cancelled and I need a confirmation. If anyone in their right mind wants peace of mind stay away from this medical aid, they have cost me a fortune over the years.
