Blatant Disregard for Patient's Wellbeing

My wife consulted with Dr Blignaut on 30/11/2015 regarding vein surgery as she suffers from varicose veins. On 01/12/2015 I submitted the motivation and codes with the cost structure to medical aid for pre-authorisation. I received an e-mail from Amandla Mzekandaba requesting information that was already given in my original e-mail. No response received.I called in Jan11/2016 they denied receiving my e-mail. I subsequently resent the entire package as well as the e-mail received from Amandla. This time I spoke to Neo. she indicated that she will give feedback by COB that day. Did not happen. I sent another e-mail with additional info on the 13/01/16. I then sent all communication e-mails again. Still no response. Neo promises to call but doesn't. I called again and was told the authorisation was rejected for various reasons. My wife approached her GP to motivate for the procedure. I sent this through to MA. Still no feedback. I contact MA again and they claim to have no knowledge of my e-mail. Upon checking Neo finds my e-mail. promises to call me within 3 days. Did not happen. I call again on 03/03. Now she needs more info which I must do and says I cannot speak to their doctor
