Battling for 6 months
We have been battling with Resolution Health for the past 6 months to pay out 3 lancet unpaid accounts. The reason lancet refuses to pay is because they say that the medical aid savings have been depleted. The funds should not have been contracted from the savings but th eoncology account. We have received no joy from this company and have been pushed from pillar to post over and over again. My dad is now 80 years and it is very frustrating to treat customers so poorly. Quick to take your premiums but refuse to pay out!!!!!
