Appalled by this horrible medical aid

I have had so many Dr's accounts and pharmacy accounts that's resolution health hasn't paid yet they provide no feedback when asked for reasons for rejections. I have sent various emails with no response. My previous experience from this medical aid is that they love to reject claims wrongfully and just expect the member to pay for their shortfall. I am appalled by the lack of customer service and how they manage to get away with taking members money. This should be regulated! Shocking
