ALWAYS A STORY....
I am so upset....I've sent through to claims on on the 9th of December the other one on the 19th of December, up to now I have not received any communication from Resolution Health until I phoned this afternoon...I have spoken to someone in claims, I asked her about the progress of my claims...she told me that my account has been suspended...that is right but it was only suspended in January 2015 and not December 2014 (my account was still active) NOW they (CONTRIBUTIONS/LEBO) want my to pay R192.00 to activate my account...WHAT THE FLIP...they should have done their work in December 2014 and processed my claim...now it is convenient for them to tell me sorry they can't process the claim because my account has been suspended....I HAVE RESIGNED MY ACCOUNT WITH RESOLUTION HEALTH!!! Hopefully you got my mail!!!!! I WANT MY CLAIM TO BE PAID TO ME!!!!! ASAP!!!!!
